The site's poetry section had its origins in a book of poetry and travel photographs Dorothy completed called "Journeys, Destinations, Routes." Some poems on the site over the years have been drawn from the book. In more recent years, most poems have been written to accompany the summer theme. The summer theme in 2025 was "Things Aren't Always Black and White: Nature in a Different Light." There was no guest poet in 2025. Click on the link below to visit the 2025 poetry pages.
